So the new piano arrived Friday morning, sans a few pins and screws. They are apparently being mailed through to me. The sales person made it fairly audible that I had ruined his day when I called that morning and said it was missing some parts.
Even in its incomplete state, the piano (Roland RG-3) wonderful and inspires me to play again.
Missing parts? Ikea makes pianos now?
Think about it – it’s a very awkward shape to carry around unless it somehow comes apart.
hey, congratulations on your rg-3 roland piano. looks great. i am seriously considering getting one. how much space does it really take up in your room? i dont want my piano to dominate the space. did you ever consider the smaller RG-1? thanks!
Honestly, it’s very similar to a nice upright, just deeper. I’d say another half metre on something like a Yamaha U3.
I went with the RG-3 because I liked the less “keyboardy” look of the body.
