Migration

In an effort to improve my posture, I’ve relocated myself to my spare room. Using the laptop on the couch has a few disadvantages; Firstly, the heat on the lap. Secondly, the fact that I can gauge how much blog reading I’ve been doing by how sore my back is the next morning. It also draws me away from the television, which I like. Not that I get any reception at all anyway. But I do watch stuff like Curb Your Enthusiasm. Which is showing no signs of deteriorating in quality at all. But does seem to be affecting my use of the full stop.

The spare room has some advantages; Better air flow, an interesting view out the window, and I’m literally centimeters away from the piano.

So here I am sitting in the spare room and enjoying a lazy storm over the ocean.

On Thursday I’m off to Melbourne for a week to catch up with friends old and new. With my SD card back in tow, hopefully I’ll have plenty to report. Don’t wait up for me!

I’m a great fan of the multiple bedroom sleeping arrangement. A few years back I lived in a farm house with 5 bedrooms, which was awfully generous for a single person. Nonetheless, I slept in each one of them from time to time, depending on my mood.
